Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team! In this role you will service customers and Field Sales Representatives in processing and controlling of orders through internal and external communications to satisfy customer needs and to attain departmental objectives. 

Essential Job Functions include:
1. Answer inbound telephone calls and inquiries from existing customers and prospects .
2. Process all orders/Expedites.
3.  Up sell and cross sell to our customers offering alternative solutions and providing complete customer satisfaction.
4. Proactively review backorder reports
5. Produce customer freight quotes working in conjunction with Logistic personnel.
6. Provide post-shipment follow-up to ensure personalized customer service.
7. Support all quality improvement programs.
8. Control and maintain stock and custom products as per cusotmer commitments/contracts, and inventory guarantees.

Requirements:

• Required customer service or sales experience​​​​​​
• Manufacturing Customer Service Experience preferred

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•    Ability to organize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously/High Volume
•    Ability to objectively evaluate/analyze complex customer-related problems

•    Computer literacy required on standard business software
