To deliver a premium service to our full customer base, focusing primarily on our UK clients. Support customers with general enquiries and delivery options in an efficient manner. Proactively meeting customer expectations, delivering superior customer service, analysing and implementing growth opportunities while giving support to the customer service team and area sales managers.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain high levels of communication.
- Provide full end to end customer service from point of contact to post delivery communication.
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently in lines with company SOP’s & KPI’s.
- Maintain customer / account details.
- Coordinate deliveries.
- Generate quotes and develop new business opportunities.
- Complaint Handling.
Requirements
- Required customer service or sales experience.
- Manufacturing Customer Service Experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work to at a high level in an order entry and/or quote generation environments.
- Problem solving and change management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- A pro-active, positive attitude with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- IT literate - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
