Job Summary
As a Product Labeling Specialist, you will have responsibility to design and format all labeling for new and existing products under the direction of Marketing department, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and the Corporate Brand Strategy for packaging and labeling. Additionally, you will be responsible for controlling and tracking labeling approval requests.

1. Creates and/or modifies artwork and labeling for medical products ensuring that they meet all medical, legal, and regulatory requirements for medical devices following the established design format, labeling style guidelines and branding guidelines.
2. Ensures the quality and accuracy of printed labeling.
3. Understands labeling software and printing capabilities
4. Works with other cross-functional departments to identify and resolve labeling inconsistencies with labeling material and requirements and to meet project objectives.
5. Schedule/deadline provided for assigned work/tasks.
6. Manages multiple concurrent deadlines.

• Associates degree required.
• Attention to detail and great organizational skills a must!
• Ability to work in Design Software (Adobe Cloud – especially Adobe Illustrator) a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices a plus
• Understanding of Label Software (Bartender and Robar) a plus
