Description

We are looking for someone that can deliver a premium service to our full customer base, focusing primarily on our UK and European clients. They will support customers with general enquiries and delivery options in an efficient manner. The will also proactively meet customer expectations, delivering superior customer service, analyzing and implementing growth opportunities while giving full support to the customer service team and area sales managers.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of communication and building customer rapport .
  • To ensure all orders are processed efficiently in lines with company SOP’s & KPI’s.
  • Maintain customer / account details.
  • Coordinate deliveries for all customer sites internationally.
  • Generate quotes and load new business opportunities for profit maximization.
  • Provide full end to end customer service from point of contact to post -delivery communication.
  • Complaint Handling.
  • Upselling


The ideal candidate will have:-

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with commodity products is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work to at a very high level in order entry and quote generation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A pro-active, positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • IT literate - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of account management
