Job Summary
Efficiently support the management of the pricing, contract, rebate, and sales tracings associated with all aspects of the North American NMT business to ensure equitable Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and Distributor payments, return processing, and central contact notification for Sales and Customer Service, while interfacing with Finance and IT departments and resources.
Essential Job Functions
1. Communicates findings, trend analyzes and recommendations verbally and in writing to management and other stakeholders
2. Develops and manages reporting templates used to analyze and interpret data.
3. Ensures data quality of all outgoing reports and analyzes.
4. Designs complex ad hoc reports to support a variety of functional areas.
5. Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials (i.e. market competitive trends, customer specific trending)
6. Identify process improvement opportunities and develop or enhance tools to assist in the work deliverables.
7. Provide recommendations and review the analysis and business drivers based on cost-benefit analysis interpretation.
8. Anticipate the consequences of pricing and business analysis decisions while weighing multiple factors, and review as appropriate with management.
9. Act as project manager and provide analytical support / guidance for major GPO bid roles.
10. Review and action contract compliance monthly.
11. Provide guidance and recommendations on pricing activities, initiatives and deliverables for the commercial organization.
12. Use Oracle, Tableau, OTBI and other databases and tools to obtain, prepare, compile and analyze information.
13. May require up to 10% travel.
14. All other duties as assigned.

Position Breakdown
- Trace Sales processing, reporting, and auditing rebates (50%)
- Pricing Maintenance and price list coding (50%)
Requirements
- BS/BA degree, business/finance major with minimum 2 years prior work experience with sales administration OR
- Associates degree, business/finance major with 4 years prior work experience with sales administration
- Sales administration with emphasis on pricing analysis, rebates, sales tracking and contract administration
- Previous experience in medical products sales administration desired
- Self-motivated; positive attitude with high energy
- Detail Oriented
- Team oriented
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Excel with strong finance acumen
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand, communicate, and execute on detailed processes
- MS Office Suite required
