Job Summary
The Program Manager will have the primary responsibility over the global business applications roadmap and implementation within Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT) across multiple sites.  You will lead an internal core implementation team and coordinate with partners (internal and external) to deliver a high-quality solution on time and within budget.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple interdependent projects to deliver successful solutions to empower business effectiveness. 

Essential Job Functions
1. Develop and maintain roadmap of assigned projects with the input of project sponsors, cross-functional team members, and executive leadership.
2. Create project plans associated with the assigned projects and communicate them to the project teams, executive leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders.
3. Coordinate completion of enhancement requests with stakeholders utilizing cost benefit analysis, ROI analysis, and other measures to ensure most beneficial enhancements are implemented successfully.
4. Review/sign-off of testing strategies, plans, criteria and results to ensure delivery to business requirements and customer satisfaction.
5. Support the resolution of issues (either internally or with an outside support organization) reported by the business.
6. Lead the creation and writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures by working with business subject matter experts (SME).
7. Review and improve IT processes to establish efficient practices among the business applications IT team.
8. Manage direct reports through mentoring, coaching, and continual feedback.

Requirements
  • Requires five or more years of relevant experience as a business analyst, program manager, or related position 
  • Degree from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business or Public Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Previous stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to initiate, maintain, and develop relationships
  • Some international and domestic travel is required
  • Functional business experience in areas of distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and finance operations preferred
  • Prior system development and package implementation experience using a formal methodology (SDLC, Agile, etc.)
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans 
  • Project management and system integrator vendor management experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Experience in implementing enterprise software
  • Experience in managing a global team
  • Experience in working with team members of varying degrees of tenure with the organization
  • Experience in utilizing change management principles as part of the project implementation process
  • Demonstrated success at working across different levels in an organization

  • Celebrates successes and acknowledges mistakes for quick resolution
  • Knowledgeable about key business processes across financials, supply chain, and human resource organizations
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
