Job Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for assisting in numerous IT programs, such as software application implementations and/or upgrades.  In this role, the IT Project Manager will support numerous IT projects and initiatives by leveraging key project management skills.  The individual will be responsible for holding regular status meetings with cross-functional teams from across the organization and globe.  The individual will follow up on project tasks and complete project status reporting.  The ability to manage scope creep both with internal teams and outside vendors will be key in this role.  ** The individual will also assist in supporting business analyst functions and software maintenance activities.**

Essential Job Functions
1. Supports or leads all phases of the project including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
2. Manages project plans/ schedules, project budgets, resource needs, and project tasks.
3. Prepares agendas/ topics for project meetings, ensuring the right attendees are included in the discussions.
4. Analyze, break down, and assist in identification and development of business requirements.
5. Maintain business requirements throughout the delivery cycle, incorporating any changes to scope or changing needs as they arise.
6. Manages project scope by assessing and evaluating new requirement needs and raising change requests if needed.
7. Regularly maintains project documentation such as project plan, project team roster, RAID/ issues list, business requirements document (BRD), and project status report.
8. Follow documentation and change management guidelines established within the organization to ensure business application changes are approved/ controlled.
9. Identifies project risks/ issues, documents, and escalates to manager & project stakeholders.
10. Support and/or complete system configuration as needed for implementations, issues, or other application maintenance activities.
11. Support the IT Business Applications team as needed in the resolution of issues reported by the business working with either internal partners or externally with an outside support organization (such as a vendor).
12. Identifies any shortcomings in project communications and fills those gaps to ensure all remain updated.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
• Experience writing business requirements and business process mapping for multiple business functions
• Requires five or more years of relevant experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst, system engineer, or related role; two or more years in a project management or lead role
• Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple geographies and business process areas
• Ability to initiate, maintain, and develop relationships
• Ability to handle multiple projects of various size simultaneously
• Some international and domestic travel may be required
Preferred:
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, SCM, ERP)
• Functional business experience in areas of distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance operations is a plus
• Prior system development and package implementation experience using a formal methodology (SDLC, Agile, etc.)

• Flexibility in assuming additional duties not outlined in the essential job functions

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000
Pay is dependent on multiple factors, including job related knowledge, skills and experience.
