Description
As Master Scheduler and Production Planner you are responsible for the efficient planning and coordination of production activities. You will ensure that production schedules meet customer requirements while optimizing the use of resources.
Your role is critical to achieving production targets and ensuring on-time delivery.

• This position is located in either France, UK or Austria but will actively support the French operation with its OSP in Tunesia.

Creation and management of production schedules:
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule taking into account capacity, material availability and delivery dates.
- Adjust production plans based on changes in demand, delays or other unforeseen events.Capacity planning:
- Analyzing production capacity and identifying bottlenecks.
- Working with departments to develop solutions to increase capacity.
- Ensuring the availability of materials by working closely with Purchasing and Warehouse Management.
- Monitoring stock levels and initiating reorders when required.
- Proactively analyze to maintain, adjust and strategically set planning and stocking parameters
- Working closely with various departments such as production, purchasing, sales and quality assurance.
- Communication of production plans and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring production performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, throughput and capacity utilization.
- Identification of potential for improvement and implementation of measures to increase efficiency.
- Identification of potential risks in production planning and development of countermeasures.
- Creation of emergency plans to minimize production interruptions.

- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, production management or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, production control or a similar field.
- Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP), production control and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
