Job Summary
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Global Human Resources will provide direction, counsel, and leadership to all NMT locations as it pertains to the human resource function. This role will oversee all 8 NMT locations and an HR team of 7. This is a strategic and hands-on role prioritizing organizational development, employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, driving corporate initiatives, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, aiding in M&A, and positioning the company for continued growth. This role will also be responsible for the development, implementation, and cost containment of benefit programs, including 401K. They will manage the design, implementation and administration of programs, and policies/practices that will enable Nissha Medical Technologies to attract, retain and motivate employees. 

Essential Job Functions
1. Manage Global HR Staff.
2. Manage strategic Human Resources.  Align HR strategy with business plan & advise management on cultural & continuous improvement efforts.
3. Provide leadership and direction to Nissha’s organizational development and change initiatives.
4. Demonstrate value of Human Resources and provide feedback in measurable terms.
5. Provide advice and counsel in all areas of HR service with primary emphasis on selection, employee relations, performance appraisal, and pay administration.
6. Provide leadership in the analysis, design, and implementation of key projects to include - but not limited to - performance appraisals, design of compensation programs, involvement strategies and benefit programs.  
7. Maintain accurate documentation of each significant interface, provide analysis of key trends, complete assigned projects in other areas as assigned.
8. Communicate the policies to appropriate managers/supervisors and people impacted; provide input on policy issues needing reevaluation.
9. Review all discrimination complaints (both internally and externally).
10. File all required governmental reports.
11. Provide leadership and direction towards training and individual development activities.  Provide direction in the development of the HR staff.
12. Formulate designs for competitive compensation for the people who work at Nissha.  Keep updated with competitive strategies.
13. Provide receptive listening to each individual person who approaches and develop a pro-active approach to soliciting input through the organization.
14. Establish budget requirements and operate within budgeted resources.

Requirements
  • Four-year degree required in Human Resources, MBA or Graduate degree preferred.
  • Ten (10) years Human Resources Management experience that would support the ability to effectively define people problems, suggest solutions and provide leadership in designing and implementing a systematic process to address key HR Global functions.
