Job Summary
Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Midwest territory. We prefer our new team member to be located close to our customers preferably in Illinois. In this position you will, retain, grow, and manage business within the assigned territory in order to maximize revenues and grow profitability through aggressive outbound sales efforts.

Essential Job Functions
1. Responsible for generating revenue of existing and new products within the assigned sales territory for ‘A-level’ customers.  
2. Make regularly scheduled visits to territory customers and prospects to solicit opportunities for existing and new products.
3. Utilize the assigned Territory Sales Associate delegating sales support tasks in-line with sales initiatives and provide guidance and support when needed.
4. Make phone calls to customers and prospects, meeting set expectations.
5. Promote growth of the designated unit’s product portfolio by gathering information and conducting research on product opportunities and ideas. 
6. Identify and input new contacts into the CRM system. 
7. Work with other Territory Managers, Sales Associates, and Marketing/Product management to develop sales strategies based on information gained from customers and market research; making appropriate suggestions to the budgeting and other processes. 
8. Identify emerging needs and opportunities in the marketplace through contact with current customers, following up on leads, and gathering competitor information. 
9. Identify and perform necessary research on potential new customers in order to identify selling and pricing strategies to solicit new sales. 
10. Effectively communicate with customers using product and Company knowledge to gain business by meeting the customer’s needs, while maintaining Company objectives, negotiating and making recommendations when necessary and responding promptly to customer leads and inquiries.  
11. Complete sales quotes, determining discount rates, etc. based on customer needs/qualifications and Company requirements/offerings, cross referencing with internal resources as they are available. 
12. Maintain rolling account information within the CRM system and through self-determined tracking methods. 
13. Utilize the CRM system as required within the sales process, making call summary entries after each customer call, and updating potential opportunities and targets with potential close dates, etc. 
14. Communicate with other departments when needed regarding order placement, customer complaints, product information, etc. 
15. Make suggestions for process improvements, etc. as identified. 
16. Communicate with Customer Service as needed regarding customer needs, concerns, etc. 
17. Maintain and update product and Company knowledge as needed to effectively and accurately answer customer inquiries. 
18. Represent Nissha Medical technologies in a professional manner with internal team members and externally with customers and prospects.
19. Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, with at least 1 year being in an outside sales role
  • Prefer sales experience within the designated product area
