• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and functionally operative to obtain optimum performance in a safe effective manner.
• Develop, train, motivate, and upgrade the skills of personnel within the operation.
• Schedule work assignments-ensure all due dates are met on a routine basis.
• Ensure that all machines have orders at the work area and material has been ordered ahead of time to ensure continuous operation of all equipment.
• Ensure all quality standards are followed.
• Develop and implement productivity and quality improvements.
• Lead the reduction of risk and injury in the workplace by implementing Nissha Safety Standards and Policy. This includes but is not limited to generating safety training plans for every employee and ensuring training is delivered; Identifying workplace risks and implementing controls to eliminate or minimize risk; conducting and documenting safety reviews, inspections, and audits: and leading accident investigations to define and implement meaningful corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• IT skills including Microsoft Suite and ERP / MRP experience (Oracle preferred).

• Associated degree preferred 
• 5 + years supervisory experience in a production environment
• Effective verbal communication
• Ability to ensure a positive culture to Nissha Medical standards
