Job Summary
The ERP Systems Analyst will have the primary responsibility to support the global technical implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud within Nissha Medical Technologies across multiple sites in the US, Canada, the UK, the Dominican Republic, France and Germany.  You will work closely with the core implementation team and other partners both internal and external to help deliver a high-quality solution on time and within budget.  After the successful completion of the project the successful candidate will transition into an Oracle ERP Cloud specialist working on phase II activities including the rollout or Oracle EPM and distribution systems.  In addition they will continue to provide expert ERP support to the organization.

Essential Job Functions
1. Consult with business units to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements as it relates to business systems
2. Assist business users with requests for reports, information, etc
3. Analysis of data and logical data model to design improvements needed for better reporting
4. Lead the ongoing / continual process improvement initiatives to ensure we are leveraging the technology suite to our advantage
5. Support the resolution of issues (either internally or with an outside support organization) reported by the business
6. Manage the issue resolution process, including managing all support vendors including Oracle
7. Lead the creation and writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures by working with business subject matter experts (SME)
8. Work with business leadership and staff to document business requirements, user stories (scenarios), and test plans
9. Write and maintain functional specifications for new or modified business systems by consulting with the System Integrator, developers and IT management. Has ultimate responsibility for the specifications document
10. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
11. Lead in the development and acceptance of testing standards
12. Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes for all system developments and conduct quality assurance testing
13. Assist business staff in testing system to assure it meets original business requirements (User Acceptance Testing)
14. Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests.

Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications or a related field.
  • Ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships
  • Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP software, preferably Oracle’s ERP Cloud software
  • Some international and domestic travel is required
  • Requires five or more years of relevant experience as a systems analyst, business systems analyst or systems project manager
  • 3-5 years' experience with ERP system implementation and at least one full cycle implementation
  • Functional business experience in areas of distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse management and financial operations
  • Experience writing system requirements from business requirement specifications
  • Vendor Management experience is preferred
