Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the global business applications roadmap and implementation at Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT) across multiple sites. This role involves managing an internal core implementation team and coordinating with both internal and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple interdependent projects, enhancing business effectiveness, and driving strategic initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

Strategic

  • Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional team members, and executive leadership to develop and maintain the project roadmap.
  • Develop detailed project plans and communicate them to project teams, executive leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, and other measures to prioritize and implement the most beneficial enhancements.

Vendor Management

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to support new and on-going initiatives.
  • Review vendor performance on a quarterly basis to determine potential improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Lead and contribute to RFQ process when identifying a potential vendor solution.

Team Management

  • Oversee a team across multiple locations.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide continual feedback to direct reports.
  • Review team resource capacity to determine project resource allocations.

Process Improvement

  • Review and improve IT processes to establish best practices within the business applications team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years in a relevant role such as business analyst, program manager, or similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college.  MBA preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to initiate, maintain, and develop relationships.
  • Experience with change management strategies
  • Experience in implementing enterprise solutions across multiple sites.
  • Experience managing a global and diverse team.
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance operations preferred.
  • Experience with system development and package implementation using formal methodologies (SDLC, Agile, etc.).
  • Experience with change management strategies.
  • Some international and domestic travel required.
This position has a salary range of $130-160k depending on experience plus a comprehensive benefit package.
