Together, we aim to address the changing demands of medical devices by enhancing component miniaturization and improving the maneuverability of small and precision components, ultimately advancing medical efficiency.

It's an exciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for a CNC Milling Specialist. This role is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of CNC milling machines to produce components for precision mold and automation fabrication. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Setup, operate and understand the use of hand tools, grinding machinery, milling machinery, drill presses, lathe, band saw, measuring devices, micrometers, caliper to cut, grind, drill and take material from setup to completion
  • Review blueprints, analyze and troubleshoot problems
  • Performs repair work by planning and troubleshooting
  • Perform mathematic and geometric functions and possess mechanical aptitude
  • Arranges layout of tooling, material and other related components to record final inspection results
  • May be required to program and operate semi-complex CNC, CAD and CAM equipment
  • Performs all duties in a safe manner, complying with safety rules
  • Maintains tools and equipment; lubricate and make minor adjustments and repairs as necessary and according to periodic maintenance schedule
  • Maintains safe and clean (dust free) workstation

Education and/or Experience:

  • Graduate of Accredited Machine Tooling program
  • Knowledge and experience with CAD and CAM programming software preferred
  • Education and experience in reading blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work, sequence of operations and setup requirements
  • Experience with set up and operation of all tool room equipment
  • Experience in the usage of measurement tools and instruments
