Job Summary
Responsible for assisting Marketing and Product Management functions related to product launch planning, marketing program initiatives, product research, market research and customer/sales communications. 

This is an in-person internship. You will be required to work at our Buffalo, NY office.

Essential Job Functions
1.    Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to develop and execute projects.
2.    Support product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
3.    Work with Sales and Manufacturing to meet timelines for new product launches.
4.    Conduct market research analysis to better understand competitive and market dynamics.
5.    Assist with the product launch processes included new item setup, regulatory approval, pricing and market positioning.
6.    Support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments through the development and maintenance of marketing materials including FAQs, product notes, user guides, training material, blogs, social content, and demos.

Requirements
•    High School Diploma or GED
•    Must currently be enrolled in, or have recently completed a degree program in Marketing or similar discipline.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to work in a constructive, positive manner with others in a team environment
•    Basic reading, math and direction following skills
•    Advanced communication skills, both oral and written
•    Ability to work independently
•    Ability to manage products and meet project deadlines
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
•    Ability to effectively interface with both internal and external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
•    Knowledge of financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, etc. 
•    Creative ability to identify, develop and implement new product initiatives
•    Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing

Other Information
Participate in the reduction of risk and injury in the workplace by completing required job safety training, identifying workplace risks. Compliance to Safety Standards and Policy: Immediately informing manager, supervisor, and/or Team Leader of unsafe conditions, practices, incidents, and injuries.”
