Job Summary
Help identify, design, update and/or deliver learning initiatives that support our Nissha Academy core curriculum. In collaboration with the HR team, support Nissha’s approach to training engagement and evaluation, talent acquisition and retention.
Essential Job Functions
1. Administer Nissha Academy application process to identify next cohort of participants.
2. Assist class leaders with the development of training materials.
3. Help to develop a culture of feedback for Nissha Academy by scheduling regular check-ins for participants and leaders.
4. Support the updating, improving, and publishing of corporate trainings.
5. Assist in creating a method of post-training evaluation to solicit accurate and timely feedback to adjust future trainings as needed.
6. Working alongside the TA&D Manager and Web Marketing Associate, make brand-appropriate changes to the Culture and Careers section of the Nissha website.
7. Will attend and observe internal meetings and under supervision will support the design, delivery engagement and/or evaluation of in-house Global HR initiatives.
8. Working alongside the TA&D Manager and Web Marketing Associate, make brand-appropriate changes to the Culture and Careers section of the Nissha website.
9. Provides support to other HR activities as requested.
10. All other duties as assigned.

Pay is dependent on year of schooling.

Requirements
- Pursing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Must be in good academic standing
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to interact with all people in a sensitive, responsive manner
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; Active listening skills
